*Swim practices are planned to end at 5:15. Extra time is scheduled if it is needed. Those who miss a morning power training will have an opportunity to make it up after one of the practices.

This is the first week of classes and practices will be right after school. Remember to manage your time well!

Coach Brace will be attending the ASCA World Clinic in San Diego this week. Coach Dukatz, Coach Shipps and others will be filling in at practice.
